- Free U.S. shipping, honest timelines. Every order ships free via UPS Ground. Processing takes 1–3 business days and ground transit is typically 2–7 business days — stated plainly, including the fact that oversized simulator packages may arrive in multiple boxes.
- 30-day free returns, clear refund timing. Unused items return free within 30 days of delivery. Once a return is accepted, refunds are released within 7–10 business days to the original payment method — and we say so up front, including the bank's own posting time.
