These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Callaway Golf storefront and your purchases from it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

2. Products, pricing & availability

Product descriptions, specifications, and photographs are provided by the manufacturer and by our catalog team; we aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every detail is error-free. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are shown on each product page. Prices may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipment. Availability is shown on each product page and reflects our live catalog; an item may sell out between your visit and checkout, in which case we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

3. Sale prices and compare-at prices

Where a product shows a compare-at price, that price is the manufacturer's suggested or prior catalog price for the same product as listed by the merchant — not a fabricated discount. A lower current price means the item is offered below that reference price. We do not invent sale prices, and we do not claim a discount that does not exist in our catalog.

4. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send your order confirmation email and charge your payment method. We may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability — in which case any payment taken is refunded in full to the original payment method.

5. Payment & taxes

Payment is processed through Shopify's secure hosted checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable law. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier confirms delivery.

6. Shipping & returns

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms. In case of conflict between a summary on a product page and the full policy pages, the policy pages govern.

7. Proper use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that degrades service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful code. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout.

8. Intellectual property

Product names, trademarks, and brand marks belong to their respective owners. The storefront's design, text, and layout are owned by Callaway Golf or licensed to it. You may not reproduce storefront content for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Warranties & liability

Products are covered by the manufacturer warranties described in our Warranty Policy. Except as required by law, the storefront is provided "as is", and our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, which cannot be waived.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
